Magma Schedules Fourth Quarter Earnings Call and Webcast for May 26, 2011

WHAT: Magma® Design Automation Inc. (Nasdaq: LAVA) will conduct a live webcast and conference call to review financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 1, 2011.
WHEN: The webcast and conference call will be Thursday, May 26, 2011, at 2 p.m. PDT. Magma will release fourth-quarter financial results after Nasdaq trading closes on May 26, 2011.
WHO: Rajeev Madhavan, chief executive officer; Roy E. Jewell, president and chief operating officer; and Peter S. Teshima, chief financial officer, will host the call.
